Working with the Collaboration & Community central team as a consultant at the World Bank Group Michael Haws worked to codify the knowledge gained over several years implementing online communities within the WBG environment. This playbook won an award from the Community Roundtable in 2018 for “Outstanding Community Playbook”. He served as the lead designer, working with Corporate Visions and as a subject matter expert under the leadership of the internal team.
