Michael has been one of the World Bank’s leading frontline figures in rolling out the Bank’s collaboration platform. He has been a core team member of the collaboration team since inception of the Bank’s Enterprise 2.0 program, providing him with deep knowledge and highly transferable experience with change management, adoption and technology related to online collaboration and building communities of practice.

I had the pleasure to work with Michael in 2014 on the SPARK initiative at the World Bank Group; and, again in 2017 with the World Bank Group Youth Summit. Michael is so great to work with — he’s very professional. I highly recommend Michael and his company, Diamond H Designs. In fact, I’m looking forward to collaborating again on the next project!

Michael did a great job as the World Bank Group Youth Summit Communications Lead. I had the opportunity of working with him when I was the Manager of the World Bank Group Youth Summit. Michael was responsible for designing all our branding and communications material and made our branding more uniform, professional and modern.
